Chuckanut Obedience trial this weekend. Achieved our CDX with 3 trips into the ring!! Two 2nd places and ending with a 1st place. That is two titles in two weekends!! I thanked Dori every time we came out of the ring for being such a willing partner

Xena rocked her United States Canine Scent Sports Nosework trial today. She placed in 3 of the 4 element trials (two 2nds and a 1st – qualified in all 4) and she earned her Detection Dog Classic Intermediate (DDCI) title as well! Thank you Sue James for the many years of training expertise and patience (with me – Xena is almost always on the ball), and thank you again Christie Meyer Faccinto for such an awesome dog!! And most importantly, thank you Xena for having faith in me and for being such an awesome teammate!
